含光/储单元的构网型SOP灵活主动支撑控制策略

Flexible Active Support Control Strategy of Grid-forming SOP with PV-storage Units

  • 摘要: 智能软开关(SOP)具备主动潮流控制和故障快速隔离等功能,为实现配电网功率柔性互济与电压优化提供了技术基础。然而,随着高比例分布式能源通过跟网型变换器广泛接入配电网,传统SOP难以综合应对频率/电压失稳、惯量匮乏等核心问题。为此,提出融合光储单元的构网型SOP控制策略,通过多端口协同构网与主动功率支撑,从"被动跟随调度"到"主动感知调整",为新型电力系统提供关键柔性调节-支撑枢纽。

     

    Abstract: Soft open point (SOP), enabling flexible power exchange and voltage optimization in distribution networks via active power flow control and fast fault isolation. However, as large amounts of distributed energy resources (DERs) connect using grid-following converters, traditional SOPs struggle to solve key problems like frequency/voltage instability and low inertia. Therefore, we propose a grid-forming SOP control strategy combining PV-storage units. Using multi-port cooperation for grid-forming and active power support, it shifts from "passive dispatch following" to "active adjustment", acting as a vital flexible hub for modern power systems.
