基于电力系统调度信号的除尘设备柔性调控策略

Flexible Regulation Strategy of Dust Removal Equipment Based on Power System Dispatching Signals

  • 摘要: 探索基于电力系统调度信号的除尘设备柔性调控策略,以实现工业企业节能减排与电力负荷优化的协同发展。以某水泥制造企业为例,通过分析电力系统调度信号与除尘设备运行参数的动态关联,构建以运行成本最小为目标的调控模型,并采用遗传算法进行优化求解,提出基于电价波动与烟气浓度的功率动态调整策略。研究结果表明,该策略能够在保障除尘效率的前提下,有效降低设备运行能耗与电费支出,同时提升对电网需求侧响应的适应性,为工业绿色生产提供可行的技术路径。

     

    Abstract: This study aims to explore flexible control strategies for dust removal equipment based on power system dispatching signals, in order to achieve the coordinated development of energy conservation and emission reduction and power load optimization in industrial enterprises. Taking a certain cement manufacturing enterprise as a case study, by analyzing the dynamic correlation between the power system dispatching signal and the operating parameters of the dust removal equipment, a regulation model aimed at minimizing the operating cost was constructed. The genetic algorithm was used for optimization and solution, and a power dynamic adjustment strategy based on electricity price fluctuations and flue gas concentration was proposed. The research results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the energy consumption and electricity cost of equipment operation while ensuring the dust removal efficiency, and at the same time enhance the adaptability to the demand side response of the power grid, providing a feasible technical path for industrial green production.
