斗提机运行电流的远程监控与语音报警研究

摘要: 目前,张集选煤厂斗提机运行电流尚未实现远程监控,当斗提机的负荷过大时,易发生过载事故。处理事故费时费力,且存在极大的安全风险。为减少事故发生次数,降低安全风险,设计并实现了斗提机运行电流的远程监控与过载报警保护功能。目前使用电机综合智能保护仪采集315~318斗提机的运行电流,将其转换为4~20 mA的直流电流,接入模拟量输入模块,并真实地反映到上位机画面,以供调度员查看。在运行电流超过设定值后,语音报警提醒调度通知跳汰司机关闭跳汰机的闸板,以避免过载事故发生。实践证明,当斗提机运行电流过大时,该方法可实现语音报警,减少过载事故发生次数。Abstract: At present, the remote monitoring function for the operating current of the bucket elevators in Zhangji Coal Preparation Plant has not been realized. When the load of the bucket elevator is too high, an overload is likely to occur. Handling such accidents is time-consuming and labor-intensive, with significant safety risks. In order to reduce the number of accidents and mitigate safety risks, this paper designs and implements the remote monitoring of the bucket elevator's operating current and an overload alarm protection function. We use an integrated intelligent motor protection device to collect the operating current of the 315~318 bucket elevators, convert it into a 4~20 mA DC signal, which is then transmitted to the analog input module and truly displayed on the host computer screen for dispatchers to monitor. When the operating current exceeds the set threshold, a voice alarm will remind the dispatcher to notify the jig operator to close the jig gate to prevent overloads. Practice has proved that when the bucket elevator's operating current is excessively high, this method can trigger a voice alarm and reduce the incidence of overload accidents.
