Abstract:
Focusing on the field of nuclear power construction and addressing the drawbacks of traditional welding filler material management methods, this paper elaborates on the development of a digital management system for welding filler materials. Through the design and development of the system, online management of the entire process of welding materials from application to recycling has been achieved. Advanced technologies such as facial recognition, item sensing, and current detection have been integrated, effectively improving management efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality control and risk prevention capabilities, and providing strong support for management decisions through data mining. This system provides valuable experience and practical examples for the digital transformation of nuclear power and related industries.
