核电厂焊材数字化管理系统的研究

Research on the Digital Management System of Welding Materials in Nuclear Power Plants

  • 摘要: 聚焦核电建设领域,针对传统焊接填充材料管理方式的弊端,研发了焊接填充材料数字化管理系统。通过系统的设计与开发,实现了焊接材料从申请到回收全流程的线上化管理,集成了人脸识别、物项感应、电流检测等技术,有效提升了管理效率,降低了成本,增强了质量管控与风险防控能力,并通过数据挖掘为管理决策提供有力支持。该系统为核电及相关行业数字化转型提供了宝贵经验与实践范例。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on the field of nuclear power construction and addressing the drawbacks of traditional welding filler material management methods, this paper elaborates on the development of a digital management system for welding filler materials. Through the design and development of the system, online management of the entire process of welding materials from application to recycling has been achieved. Advanced technologies such as facial recognition, item sensing, and current detection have been integrated, effectively improving management efficiency, reducing costs, enhancing quality control and risk prevention capabilities, and providing strong support for management decisions through data mining. This system provides valuable experience and practical examples for the digital transformation of nuclear power and related industries.
