水电站水轮发电机出口断路器触头温度在线监测

Research on Online Monitoring of Contact Temperature in Hydroelectric Power Station Turbine Generator Outlet Circuit Breakers

  • 摘要: 为有效提高触头温度的监测精度,探讨了水电站水轮发电机出口断路器触头温度在线监测技术。结合传感器技术,采集水轮发电机出口断路器触头温度数据,并对采集的数据进行传输与重构处理。采用改进自适应加权算法,对温度数据实施融合处理,通过确定各传感器节点在数据融合时的最佳加权系数,生成水电站水轮发电机出口断路器触头温度的在线监测结果。测试结果表明,水电站水轮发电机出口断路器触头温度在线监测技术能准确地监测发电机在不同运行工况下的触头温度变化。

     

    Abstract: To effectively improve the monitoring accuracy of contact temperature, an online monitoring study on the contact temperature of the outlet circuit breaker for hydroelectric power station turbine generators was proposed. Combining sensor technology, the contact temperature data of the outlet circuit breaker for turbine generators was collected and processed for transmission and reconstruction. An improved adaptive weighted algorithm was employed to fuse the temperature data by determining the optimal weighting coefficients for each sensor node during data fusion, thereby generating online monitoring results for the contact temperature of the outlet circuit breaker of hydroelectric power station turbine generators. Experimental results demonstrate that the online monitoring technology for the contact temperature of the outlet circuit breaker of hydroelectric power station turbine generators can accurately monitor temperature variations under different operating conditions of the generator.
