摘要: VVER核电机组预防性维修大纲规定在大修期间需进行控制棒摩擦力试验。基于摩擦力试验对大修关键路径的重要作用,开展了摩擦力试验装置的研制,完成了对试验装置的机械设计和控制系统设计,实现了摩擦力试验全行程的自动化控制、测量数据的自动处理与实时显示。试验装置采用滤波算法,剔除了可能的偶发异常数据,提高了摩擦力试验装置的智能性。研制的摩擦力试验装置已在多次大修中成功应用,提高了作业效率和安全性,减小了作业人员的辐射受照剂量,同时降低了作业人员的劳动强度。Abstract: The preventative maintenance programs for VVER nuclear power plant stipulate that control rod assembly friction force tests should be carried out during outage. Based on the important role of the friction force test in the critical path of outage, the development of the friction force tests device was carried out. In this paper, the mechanical design and control system design of the test device are completed, and the automatic control of the full stroke of the test is realized, and the automatic processing and real-time display of the measured datas are realized. The filter algorithm is used to eliminate the possible abnormal datas and improve the intelligence of the test device. The test device has been successfully applied in many outages, which improves the working efficiency and safety, reduces the radiation dose and labor intensity of the workers.
