基于51单片机的PLC仿真通信系统设计

PLC Simulation Communication System Design Based on 51 Microcontrollers

  • 摘要: 为了解决实训教学中PLC易损坏、设备价格高、维护难的问题,设计了一种基于51单片机的PLC仿真通信系统,构建上位机连接PLC仿真环境和通信板,实现PLC仿真系统对外部负载的实时控制。从系统总体方案、电路设计、上位机开发与通信协议等方面进行了阐述,并通过调试案例验证了方案的实用性与稳定性。该系统具有低成本、高兼容性、易扩展等优点,适用于多种PLC实训教学场景,具有良好的推广价值。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of PLC easy damage, high equipment price and difficult maintenance in practical training and teaching. In this paper, a PLC simulation communication system based on 51 microcontrollers is designed, and the host computer is connected to the PLC simulation environment and communication board to realize the real-time control of the external load by the PLC simulation system. This paper elaborates on the overall scheme of the system, circuit design, host computer development and communication protocol, and verifies the practicability and stability of the scheme through debugging cases. The system has the advantages of low cost, high compatibility, and easy expansion, and is suitable for a variety of PLC training and teaching scenarios, and has good promotion value.
