KYN28-12高压开关设备合闸故障分析与处置

Analysis and Elimination of Faults Caused by Failure to Close KYN28-12 High Voltage Switchgear

  • 摘要: 在10 kV交流配电网络中,KYN28-12型高压开关设备应用广泛、保有量大。高压开关设备合闸故障在运维中属于高频故障,而由其二次控制电路造成(约占50%)的该类故障又因电路原理复杂而诊断难度大。以配置VS1-12型手车断路器的KYN28-12型开关柜为例,采用原理图与实物图相结合的方式分析二次控制电路组成原理,在此基础上梳理二次电路造成合闸故障的原因,并以故障树的形式清晰表达,针对性地提出处置方法和步骤,并以流程图的方式简洁明了固化下来,为运维人员提供技术指导。

     

    Abstract: In the 10 kV AC distribution network, KYN28-12 high-voltage switchgear is widely used and has a large inventory. Closing failures of high-voltage switchgear are a high-frequency fault in operation and maintenance. Such failures caused by its secondary control circuit (accounting for about 50%) are difficult to eliminate due to the complex circuit principle. This article takes the KYN28-12 switchgear equipped with VS1-12 handcart circuit breakers as an example, and uses a combination of schematic diagrams and physical diagrams to analyze in detail the composition principle of the secondary control circuit. Based on this, it analyzes the causes of closing failures caused by the secondary circuit and clearly expresses them in the form of a fault tree. It also proposes targeted disposal methods and steps, which are simplified and solidified in the form of a flowchart to provide technical guidance for operation and maintenance personnel.
