智能环网柜互感器数字化测控方法研究

Research on Digital Measurement and Control Method of Intelligent Ring Main Unit Transformer

  • 摘要: 传统互感器测控方法存在信号传输损耗大、抗干扰能力弱、测控滞后等问题,难以满足智能电网对实时性、高精度的要求,因此提出一种智能环网柜互感器数字化测控方法。采用高精度ADC结合一阶高通滤波、幅值校正模型,实现信号采集;通过优化UDP协议、ARQ差错控制及EMC措施保障传输,基于模糊综合评价的智能算法完成状态测控。在MATLAB/Simulink与RT-LAB平台上开展实验,结果表明与基于阻抗控制的方法相比,该方法信号采集误差降至±0.8%~±2.0%,传输延迟缩短至5 ms以内,冲击负载下稳定时间仅20 ms,能有效保障智能环网柜稳定运行,为配电网智能化升级提供技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of large signal transmission loss, weak anti-interference ability and measurement and control lag in traditional measurement and control methods of transformer, it is difficult to meet the requirements of smart grid for real-time and high precision. Therefore, a digital measurement and control method of intelligent ring main unit transformer is proposed. High precision ADC, first-order high pass filtering and amplitude correction model are used to realize signal acquisition. UDP protocol, ARQ error control and EMC measures are optimized to ensure transmission. Intelligent algorithm based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to complete state measurement and control. Experiments were carried out on MATLAB/Simulink and RT-LAB platforms. The results show that compared with the method based on impedance control, the signal acquisition error of this method is reduced to ±0.8%~±2.0%, the transmission delay is reduced to less than 5 ms, and the stability time under impact load is only 20 ms, which can effectively ensure the stable operation of intelligent ring main unit and provide technical support for the intelligent upgrading of distribution network.
