新型环保气体替代SF6用于中压负荷开关的可行性研究

Feasibility Study on Replacing SF6 with Eco-friendly Gases in Medium-voltage Load Switch

  • 摘要: 中压配电网以环网柜为主要设备,这些环网柜内部的负荷开关长期以SF6作为主要的灭弧介质,但在"双碳"目标的要求下,作为强温室效应的SF6气体有逐渐被替代的趋势。介绍3种氟化物类型的新型环保气体,论述其在中压环网柜中负荷开关上应用的可行性,分析灭弧性能和设备运维方面的研究进展,为新型环保气体在环网柜中的应用提供一定的理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: In medium-voltage distribution networks, ring main units (RMUs) serve as the primary equipment. The load switches within these RMUs have traditionally used SF6 as the primary arc-extinguishing medium. However, under the requirements of the 'Dual Carbon' Strategy, SF6 which has potent greenhouse effect should be substituted gradually. This paper introduces three types of fluoride-based environmentally friendly gases, discusses their feasibility for application in load switches of medium-voltage ring main units, and reviews the research progress in two aspects: arc-extinguishing performance and equipment maintenance. This provides a theoretical basis for the application of new environmentally friendly gases in ring main units.
