绝缘工具智能识别与统计分析系统的设计

Design of Intelligent Identification and Statistical Analysis System for Insulated Tools

  • 摘要: 铁路系统中存在大量的高压电气设备和线路,其安全稳定运行对铁路运输至关重要。作业人员在进行检修、维护等工作时,必须使用绝缘工具来与带电体保持安全隔离,防止触电事故发生。绝缘工具在试验管理过程中出现问题,不但会造成人身伤害和经济损失,而且将影响铁路安全生产正常秩序,因此对绝缘工具的管理和维护提出了更高要求。设计并研发了一套绝缘工具智能识别与统计分析系统,通过软件控制相关试验设备硬件,实现对绝缘工具的识别、试验、数据管理、数据查询、数据导出、状态查询、报告查看等功能。通过实验验证了该系统能够有效提高绝缘工具管理的效率和准确性,为铁路安全生产提供有力支持。

     

    Abstract: There are numerous of high-voltage electrical equipment and lines in the railway system, and their safe and stable operation is critical to railway transportation.To prevent electric shock accidents,Workers must use insulated tools to maintain a safe distance from live parts when they carry out maintenance and repair work.Issues arising in the testing and management of insulated tools not only result in personal injury and economic losses but also disrupt the normal order of railway safety production. Therefore, higher requirements are placed on the management and maintenance of insulated tools.This paper designs and develops an intelligent identification and statistical analysis system for insulation tools. Control the relevant test equipment hardware through software, implement functions such as identification, testing, data management, data query, data export, status query, and report viewing for insulation tools. Through experimental verification, the system can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of insulation tool management, providing strong support for railway safety production.
