大功率变流器散热系统的设计与研究

Design and Research of Heat Dissipation System for High Power Converter

  • 摘要: 针对大功率变流器功率模块的散热需求,介绍了一种适合工程应用的功率模块损耗的理论计算方法,将计算结果与双脉冲试验结果进行对比,精度满足设计要求。在得到功率模块损耗后,设计了一套强迫风冷散热系统,散热器采用两侧基板、中间齿片的结构形式,并根据功率模块的运行工况进行了散热风机计算选型。通过Flotherm软件建模对散热系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明散热系统满足功率模块的散热需求。

     

    Abstract: According to the heat dissipation requirements of high-power converter power module, a theoretical calculation method of power module loss suitable for engineering application is introduced. The calculation results are compared with the double pulse test results, and the accuracy meets the design requirements. After the loss of power module is obtained, a set of forced air cooling heat dissipation system is designed. The radiator adopts the structural form of two side baseplates and middle teeth. The cooling fan is calculated and selected according to the operating conditions of power module. The heat dissipation system is simulated and analyzed by using Flotherm software. The simulation results show that the heat dissipation system meets the heat dissipation requirements of the power module.
