  • 摘要: 辅助变流器的供电可靠性直接关系列车的运营安全,交流滤波电抗器作为辅助变流器设计和应用的关键元件,其稳定性直接影响辅助变流器的电能质量。对电抗器烧损问题进行分析,最终确定匝间短路是导致电抗器烧损的核心诱因。根据分析结果,一方面优化电抗器的生产工艺,从源头提升产品可靠性;另一方面增设逻辑保护,构建全工况下的电流过载保护机制,以确保辅助变流器在各种工况下的可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: The power supply reliability of the auxiliary converter is directly related to the operational safety of the train. As a key component in the design and application of the auxiliary converter, the stability of the AC filter reactor directly affects the power quality of the auxiliary converter. By analyzing the burnout problem of the reactor, it is ultimately determined that inter-turn short circuit is the core cause of the reactor burnout. Based on the analysis results, on the one hand, the production process of the reactor is optimized to enhance the reliability of the product from the source; on the other hand, logical protection is added to build a current overload protection mechanism under all working conditions to ensure the reliable operation of the auxiliary converter under various working conditions.
