MNS低压开关柜主回路接插件电接触性能研究

Research on Electrical Contact Performance of Main Circuit Connectors in MNS Low-voltage Switchgear

  • 摘要: 通过计算分析工作电流、接触压力、接触电阻、触头表面材料与触头温升之间的关系,探讨了一种研究MNS低压开关柜主回路接插件电接触性能的方法。通过理论计算并结合现场实践经验发现足够的接触压力、镀层材料的良好状态以及足够的触头容量是保证接插件电接触可靠性的前提。

     

    Abstract: This paper explores a method for studying the electrical contact performance of main circuit connectors in MNS low-voltage switchgear by calculating and analyzing the relationships among operating current, contact pressure, contact resistance, contact surface materials, and contact temperature rise. Through theoretical calculations and practical field experience, it is found that sufficient contact pressure, good condition of the coating material, and adequate contact capacity are prerequisites for ensuring the reliability of electrical contacts in connectors.
