GIS变电站多路气室抽真空处理系统的研究

摘要: 为解决传统抽真空作业中存在的安全风险、效率低下等问题,提出了一种针对GIS变电站的多气室智能处理系统。该系统采用5层分布式分层架构,包括硬件基础层、硬件抽象层、云平台层、应用后端层和应用前端层,硬件用"5腔7阀"融合设计制造保证气密性良好,软件通过线性回归算法实现设备气室抽取时间的智能估计,充分结合工艺静置时间计算得出5路气室抽真空顺序最优解,控制电磁阀智能切换实现5路气室串行作业,进而缩短处理时间。实验结果表明,系统具备真空度实时测量能力,支持远程监控,提升作业效率44%,降低运维成本,并保障作业过程的安全性和可靠性。此外,该系统还可推广至电力、通信、城市规划和环境保护等领域,具有广泛的应用前景。Abstract: To address safety risks and inefficiencies in traditional vacuum extraction operations, a multi-chamber intelligent processing system for GIS substations has been developed. The system employs a five-tier distributed architecture comprising hardware foundation layer, hardware abstraction layer, cloud platform layer, application backend layer, and application frontend layer. The hardware utilizes an integrated "5-chamber 7-valve" design to ensure excellent airtightness, while the software employs linear regression algorithms to achieve intelligent estimation of equipment chamber extraction duration. Experimental results show that the system supports real-time vacuum measurement and remote monitoring, improving operational efficiency by 44%, reducing maintenance costs, and enhancing safety and reliability. Additionally, it can be extended to various fields such as power, telecommunications, urban planning, and environmental protection, demonstrating broad application prospects.
