Electric Field Analysis and Scheme Optimization of the Top Expansion Bushing of 40.5 kV C-GIS

  • 摘要: 在充气柜进行雷冲试验时,顶扩套管出现击穿现象。通过对击穿套管解剖,利用电场仿真软件分析电场分布情况,发现原套管绝缘余量不足。基于此,设计一款绝缘裕度大的新型套管。经仿真验证,新套管电场分布得到显著改善,绝缘性能提升,有效解决顶扩套管在雷冲试验及实际运行中的击穿问题。

     

    Abstract: During the lightning impulse test on the gas-filled cabinet, the top expansion bushing experienced a breakdown. This paper dissects the broken bushing and analyzes the electric field distribution using electric field simulation software, revealing that the original bushing had insufficient insulation margin. Based on this, a new type of bushing with a larger insulation margin is designed. Simulation verification shows that the electric field distribution of the new bushing has been significantly improved, and its insulation performance has been enhanced, effectively solving the breakdown issue of the top expansion bushing during lightning impulse tests and actual operation.
