基于敏感目标检测与安全距离监测的变电站近电作业风险智能预警系统与其效能校验

Intelligent Early Warning for Near-electric Risk in Substations Via Target Detection and Distance Monitoring: System Design and Validation

  • 摘要: 变电站吊装作业近电管控一直是现场管控的难点。由于变电站内高空存在纵横交错的导线,同时站内大量的带电一次设备裸露在外,在吊装过程中吊车吊臂如果太靠近带电设备,就很容易引起击穿放电,进而造成人身、设备、电网事故。为此,提出并构建一种融合了可见光视频与激光雷达点云数据的变电站近电风险智能预警系统,并对该系统在现场中的实际应用进行了分析。应用结果显示所提方法能准确且可靠地实现对吊车吊臂、吊钩等敏感目标的实时检测,同时可实现对带电体与吊车吊臂距离的实时监测,距离计算精度在厘米级。所提近电作业风险预警系统可为后续的变电站近电作业管控提供解决范本。

     

    Abstract: Near-electric risk control during hoisting operations in substations has long been a challenging task of on-site safety management. Due to the crisscrossed overhead conductors and the large number of exposed equipment within substations, the crane boom may easily approach energized components during hoisting, leading to breakdown discharges and resulting in potential personal injury, equipment damage, and power grid accidents. This paper proposes an intelligent early warning system for near-electric risk awareness in substations by integrating video and LiDAR point cloud data. The practical application of the system in field operations is also analyzed. Results show that the proposed method can accurately and reliably detect sensitive targets such as crane booms and hooks in real time, while also enabling real-time monitoring of the distance between live components and the crane boom. The distance measurement achieves centimeter-level accuracy. The proposed early warning system provide a viable solution model for future near-electric operation risk management in substations.
