输电线路耐张线夹弯曲控制关键技术研究

Research on Key Technology of Bending Control for Strain Clamp of Transmission Line

  • 摘要: 开展了输电线路耐张线夹弯曲控制关键技术研究,通过研发专用测量工具、引入智能化测量与数据分析功能、适应高空作业需求的改进设计等多项举措,解决耐张压接管在压接过程中产生弯曲的问题,提升压接工艺的质量控制能力、检测效率及精度,确保输电线路的运行可靠性与安全性。通过该方案的研究实施,不仅能够减少因压接质量缺陷导致的输电线路故障,还将显著降低施工人员的劳动强度,改善作业环境,推动输电线路施工技术的机械化与智能化发展。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the research on the key technology of bending control of strain clamp for transmission line. Through the development of special measurement tools, the introduction of intelligent measurement and data analysis functions, and the improvement of design to meet the needs of high-altitude operation, the problem of bending of strain clamp in the process of crimping is solved, and the quality control ability and detection efficiency and accuracy of crimping process are improved to ensure the operation reliability and safety of transmission line. Through the research and implementation of this scheme, it can not only reduce the transmission line fault caused by crimping quality defects, but also significantly reduce the labor intensity of construction personnel, improve the working environment, and promote the mechanization and intelligent development of transmission line construction technology.
