吊车与变电站设备安全距离预警系统设计

Design on The Safety Distance Warning System of Crane and Substation Equipment

  • 摘要: 在市场经济发展中,我国对能源需求越来越大,特别是电力能源需求逐年增加,大量电力工程项目开始建设,并且投入电力供应过程中,从而满足社会经济发展和人民群众生活的需求。在电力设备运行中,变电站设备是其重要组成部分,直接影响供电效率和质量。然而,吊车在运行中,安全距离预警系统出现预警精确性低的问题,导致变电站设备损坏,最终无法保障电力的安全稳定供应。基于这种情况,为实现变电站设备的安全运行,应建立吊车与变电站设备安全距离预警系统,合理配置硬件和软件部分,进一步提升预警准确性,以确保吊车与变电站设备之间的安全距离。依托吊车与变电站设备安全距离预警系统研究,针对系统进行全面设计,并利用具体试验分析,判断预警系统设计的合理性,为吊车安全距离预警工作提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In the development of market economy, China's demand for energy is increasing, especially for electricity energy, which is increasing year by year. A large number of power engineering projects have started construction and are invested in the power supply process to meet the needs of social and economic development and people's lives. In the operation of power equipment, substation equipment is an important component that directly affects power supply efficiency and quality. However, during the operation of crane, the safety distance warning system has a problem of low warning accuracy, resulting in damage to substation equipment and ultimately unable to ensure the safe and stable supply of electricity. Based on this situation, in order to achieve the safe operation of substation equipment, it is necessary to establish a safety distance warning system for crane and substation equipment, reasonably configure the hardware and software parts, further improve the accuracy of warning, and ensure that crane maintain a safe distance from substation equipment. This article relies on the research of the safety distance warning system for crane and substation equipment, comprehensively designs the system, and uses specific experimental analysis to judge the rationality of the warning system design, providing reference for the safety distance warning work of crane.
