基于绿电需求的区域源网荷储一体化协调能力控制研究

摘要: 针对现有控制方法存在网损率和绿电消纳率高的问题,研究基于绿电需求的区域源网荷储一体化协调能力控制。通过多侧绿电需求计算,估算各侧的绿电需求。构建区域源网荷储协调控制模型,实现源网荷储各环节的优化协调。通过长期规划与短期运行之间的动态协调机制,促进能源的可持续利用。实验结果表明,实验组计算的综合绿电消纳率提升至95.3%,有效解决了高比例可再生能源接入下的弃电问题;实验组网损率保持在1.0%以下,降低了重载线路的电流幅值,体现了控制方法对传输损耗的强抑制作用。Abstract: Because of the high loss rate and green electricity consumption rate of the existing control methods, this paper studies the integrated coordination ability control of regional source network load and storage based on green electricity demand. Through the calculation of multi-side green power demand, the green power demand of each side is estimated. Constructing the coordinated control model of regional source network load and storage can realize the optimal coordination of all links of source network load and storage. Promote the sustainable use of energy through the dynamic coordination mechanism between long-term planning and short-term operation. The experimental results show that the comprehensive green electricity consumption rate calculated by the experimental group is increased to 95.3%, which effectively solves the problem of power abandonment under the high proportion of renewable energy access. The experimental network loss rate is kept below 1.0%, which reduces the current amplitude of heavy-haul lines and reflects the strong suppression of transmission loss by control methods.
