摘要: 针对T型三电平逆变器中点电压波动问题,提出一种基于时间比例分配因子的改进型虚拟空间矢量调制策略(k-VSVPWM)。该策略在九段式时间分配中动态调节正负冗余小矢量的作用时间比例,引入时间比例分配因子,有效平衡直流侧中点电位。此外,构建电压外环与电流内环双闭环PI控制模块,降低谐波畸变率(THD)。结果表明,所提k-VSVPWM策略的直流侧中点电压波动比传统方法降低约25%,输出电压THD值减少至0.37%。Abstract: Aiming at the problem of neutral point voltage fluctuation in T-type three-level inverters, an improved virtual space vector modulation strategy (k-VSVPWM) based on time proportion distribution factor is proposed. This method dynamically adjusts the action time ratio of positive and negative redundant small vectors in the nine-segment time distribution, introduces the time proportion distribution factor, and effectively balances the DC side neutral point potential. In addition, a double closed-loop PI control module of voltage outer loop and current inner loop is constructed to reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD). The results show that the neutral point voltage fluctuation of the proposed k-VSVPWM strategy on the DC side is reduced by about 25% compared with the traditional method, and the output voltage THD value is reduced to 0.37%.
