矿山应急电源系统改扩建方案研究及实践

Research and Practice on the Reconstruction and Expansion Scheme of Mine Emergency Power Supply System

  • 摘要: 针对矿山一级负荷应急供电需求,结合现有柴油发电机容量不足及机房空间限制问题,提出了3套应急电源改扩建方案。通过技术可行性、经济性及运营成本分析,推荐采用"利旧2台1000 kW机组+新增1台3000 kW机组"的方案。经容量校核验证,改造后总装机容量5000 kW/6250 kVA可满足现有及深部开采预留一级负荷的应急供电需求,为矿山安全生产提供可靠保障。

     

    Abstract: In response to the emergency power supply requirements for the first-class loads in the mine, and considering the insufficient capacity of the existing diesel generators and the space constraints of the machine room, this paper proposes three sets of emergency power supply expansion and renovation schemes. Through the analysis of technical feasibility, economy and operating costs, the scheme of "reusing 2 units of 1000 kW generators + adding 1 unit of 3000 kW generator" is recommended. Verified by capacity check, the total installed capacity of the modified diesel generators, which is 5000 kW/6250 kVA, can meet the emergency power supply needs of the existing and reserved first-class loads for deep mining, providing a reliable guarantee for the safe production of the mine.
