Abstract:
Given the limitations of traditional and single detection methods in inspecting transmission line hardware, such as low accuracy, poor efficiency, and weak adaptability, this study proposes a multi-dimensional detection technology based on multi-sensor fusion. The research combines acoustic devices, infrared sensors, vibration sensors, high-definition cameras, and ultrasonic sensors, optimizes the data collection mechanism, and uses an algorithm that combines evidence theory and fuzzy logic to deeply integrate and analyze the data, thereby constructing a comprehensive detection system. After testing, the multi-sensor fusion detection significantly outperforms single-sensor detection in terms of accuracy and reliability, providing a more effective technical means for the inspection of transmission line hardware. It can be extended and applied in areas such as power line inspection, industrial equipment inspection, and intelligent urban infrastructure safety assurance.
