Abstract:
Aiming at the industrial pain points such as equipment insulation failure, steel structure corrosion and personal safety hazards caused by condensation of wind turbine tower, through the analysis of the formation conditions and inducing factors of tower condensation, the optimization of converter water cooling system, the configuration of tower bottom intelligent dehumidifier and other technical improvements, the formulation of special construction technology for anti-condensation and the strengthening of operation and maintenance are adopted to explore the formation mechanism of condensation and construct a comprehensive management strategy covering the whole cycle of design-construction-operation and maintenance. Taking the comprehensive management of Jinfengshan wind farm phase II project as an example, the empirical results show that the relative humidity inside the tower can be stably maintained in the range of (55%±5%)RH.
