风电塔筒凝露问题剖析与高效处理策略

Condensation Problem of Wind Power Tower and Efficient Treatment Strategy

  • 摘要: 针对风电机组塔筒凝露引发的设备绝缘失效、钢结构腐蚀及人身安全隐患等行业痛点,通过分析塔筒凝露的形成条件与诱发因素,采用优选变流器水冷系统、配置塔底智能除湿机等措施,改进防凝露专项施工工艺及制定强化运维等方法,构建覆盖设计-施工-运维全周期的综合治理策略。以金凤山风电场二期项目综合治理为例,实证结果表明塔筒内部相对湿度可稳定维持在(55%±5%)RH范围内。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the industrial pain points such as equipment insulation failure, steel structure corrosion and personal safety hazards caused by condensation of wind turbine tower, through the analysis of the formation conditions and inducing factors of tower condensation, the optimization of converter water cooling system, the configuration of tower bottom intelligent dehumidifier and other technical improvements, the formulation of special construction technology for anti-condensation and the strengthening of operation and maintenance are adopted to explore the formation mechanism of condensation and construct a comprehensive management strategy covering the whole cycle of design-construction-operation and maintenance. Taking the comprehensive management of Jinfengshan wind farm phase II project as an example, the empirical results show that the relative humidity inside the tower can be stably maintained in the range of (55%±5%)RH.
