Abstract:
The low-voltage embedded metering box is mainly used for low-voltage residents and shops. Some problems existed in the embedded metering box, such as the aging of the box, the inclination of the internal single-phase meter installation position, the messy wiring, and insufficient ampacity. Such status quo can lead to short circuits and leakage of electricity, resulting in a higher fault repair rate, and then even threaten the safety of users. Therefore, in this study, a new model of the embedded metering box based on the nimble remold mode of one baseplate, multiple promotions is proposed. This scheme is used to upgrade and transform old equipment. Then, the wiring quality of the single-phase smart meter and its safe load capacity are improved, and the hidden danger rate of electric leakage is reduced. In addition, the model developed in this paper is compared with the two existing methods of the embedded metering box transformation, which model not only shortens the time of power outage transformation, but also facilitates the installation and operation of the operation and maintenance personnel on-site, and effectively ensures the safe and reliable power supply capacity.
