水闸高低压成套电气设备的防触电开关柜设计研究

Research on the Design of Anti Electric Shock Switchgear for High and Low Voltage Electrical Equipment of Water Gates

  • 摘要: 针对水闸运行环境中存在的电气触电风险,对高低压成套设备中的防触电开关柜结构进行了系统研究。阐述了防护等级、隔离机制、接地系统与二次回路保护等关键设计方案,构建了完整的防护结构体系。通过建立有限元仿真模型分析电场分布,并结合典型事故场景,开展动态响应测试与验证。研究结果表明,该设计在复杂环境下具备良好的绝缘性能与安全响应能力,满足工程应用需求。

     

    Abstract: A systematic study was conducted on the structure of anti electric shock switchgear in high and low voltage complete sets of equipment to address the risk of electrical shock in the operation environment of water gates. Key design schemes such as protection level, isolation mechanism, grounding system, and secondary circuit protection were elaborated, and a complete protection structure system was constructed. By establishing a finite element simulation model to analyze the electric field distribution and combining it with typical accident scenarios, dynamic response testing and verification are carried out. The research results indicate that the design has good insulation performance and safety response capability in complex environments, meeting the requirements of engineering applications.
