燃气电厂中高效节能真空泵组的推广与应用

Promotion and Application of High-efficiency and Energy-saving Vacuum Pump Sets in Gas-fired Power Plants

  • 摘要: 燃气电厂凝汽器真空系统能耗是影响机组经济性的关键因素。以中海油珠海电厂2×460 MW联合循环机组为研究对象,针对真空泵设计裕度过大、能耗过高、高温性能劣化等问题,提出在原有真空系统上并联一套"水环-罗茨"高效真空泵的节能改造方案。对比同类型电厂改造数据,该高效真空泵系统可实现90.4%的节电率,有效提高凝汽器真空系统和机组的经济性,实现节能降耗。

     

    Abstract: The energy consumption of the vacuum system of the condenser in gas-fired power plants is a key factor affecting the economic efficiency of the units. This paper takes the 2×460 MW combined cycle units of CNOOC Zhuhai Power Plant as the research object. Aiming at the problems such as excessive design margin of vacuum pumps, high energy consumption and deterioration of high-temperature performance, an energy-saving renovation scheme of parallel a set of "water ring-Roots" high-efficiency vacuum pumps on the original vacuum system is innovatively proposed. A comparison of the renovation data of similar power plants shows that the high-efficiency vacuum pump system can achieve an electricity-saving rate of 90.4%, effectively improving the economic efficiency of the condenser vacuum system and the unit, and realizing energy conservation and consumption reduction.
