基于改进型A算法的输电网检修停电范围最小化调度系统设计

Design of a Scheduling System for Minimizing the Scope of Power Outages During Transmission Network Maintenance Based on an Improved A* Algorithm

  • 摘要: 为实现输电网检修过程中停电范围的最小化,提高供电可靠性与检修调度效率,以某35 kV变电站及其配电网络为研究对象,提出一种基于改进型A*算法的智能调度系统设计方案。通过引入动态启发函数、拓扑结构约束及多阶段优化机制,构建综合考虑设备紧急程度与负荷重要性的启发式搜索模型。系统在实际场景中部署后,有效降低平均停电范围指数至2.17%,SAIFI和SAIDI指标也显著优于目标值,任务完成率和客户满意度明显提升。

     

    Abstract: In order to minimize the range of power outages during transmission network maintenance, improve power supply reliability and maintenance scheduling efficiency, this paper takes a 35 kV substation and its distribution network as the research object, and proposes an intelligent scheduling system design scheme based on an improved A* algorithm. A heuristic search model that comprehensively considers equipment urgency and load importance was constructed by introducing dynamic heuristic functions, topological structure constraints, and multi-stage optimization mechanisms. After deployment in practical scenarios, the system effectively reduced the average power outage range index to 2.17%, and the SAIFI and SAIDI indicators were significantly better than the target values. The task completion rate and customer satisfaction were significantly improved.
