基于改进灰狼算法的新能源配电网协调优化方法研究

Research on Coordinated Optimization Method of New Energy Distribution Network Based on Improved Grey Wolf Algorithm

  • 摘要: 为降低配电网运行中的网损,以新能源配电网为例,提出一种基于改进灰狼算法的协调优化方法。以最小网损和最小电压偏差为主要目标,建立目标函数的适应度函数;基于功率均衡、节点电压限值、支路电流容量等多种约束条件,对目标函数适应度进行约束与优化;通过引入混沌映射和自适应权重优化灰狼算法,并运用改进后的算法求解目标函数,实现配电网运行中的协调优化。实验结果表明,应用后该方法可以在降低新能源配电网网损的基础上,提升收敛性能。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the network loss in the operation of distribution network, taking the new energy distribution network as an example, this paper puts forward a coordinated optimization method based on the improved grey wolf algorithm. Taking the minimum network loss and minimum voltage deviation as the main objectives, the fitness function of the objective function is established; based on power balance, node voltage limit, branch current capacity and other constraints, the fitness of the objective function is constrained and optimized. By introducing chaos mapping and adaptive weight to optimize the grey wolf algorithm, and using the improved algorithm to solve the objective function, the coordinated optimization of distribution network operation is realized. The experimental results show that this method can reduce the network loss of new energy distribution network and improve its convergence performance.
