Abstract:
With the continuous expansion of robot applications in power, industrial and other fields, their reliable operation in strong electromagnetic fields has become a key issue. This paper deeply explores the interference mechanism of strong electromagnetic fields on robots and proposes protection design strategies from multiple aspects such as hardware shielding, signal transmission, and software anti-interference. A test platform is also built to evaluate the protection effect. The research results show that the adopted protection measures can effectively reduce the impact of strong electromagnetic fields on robots, improve their stability and safety in complex electromagnetic environments, and provide technical support for the wide application of robots.
