基于PLC与组态技术的火电厂电气设备回路故障诊断方法
Circuit Fault Diagnosis Method for Electrical Equipment in Thermal Power Plants Based on PLC and Configuration Technology

摘要: 在对火电厂电气设备回路故障诊断时,单一的电气设备状态特征难以反映电气设备的实时状态,导致现有方法的诊断准确性不高。为此,提出基于PLC与组态技术的火电厂电气设备回路故障诊断方法。基于PLC与组态技术,构建火电厂电气设备状态监测架构,实时收集电气设备状态数据,从收集的数据中挖掘电气设备状态特征,如峭度、功率谱密度和谐波含量等,计算电气设备状态数据的综合特征,实现对电气设备故障状态的判别。基于此,引入SVM算法,设定核函数,诊断出电气设备回路故障类型。实验结果表明,设计的诊断方法在实际应用中诊断结果的AUC值为0.97,且诊断结果的误诊率为1.59%,具有较高的诊断准确性。Abstract: In the diagnosis of electrical equipment circuit faults in thermal power plants, a single electrical equipment status characteristic is difficult to reflect the real-time status of the electrical equipment, resulting in low diagnostic accuracy of existing methods. To solve this problem, a fault diagnosis method for electrical equipment circuits in thermal power plants based on PLC and configuration technology is proposed. Under the joint action of PLC and configuration technology, a power plant electrical equipment status monitoring architecture is constructed to collect real-time electrical equipment status data, mine electrical equipment status characteristics such as kurtosis, power spectral density, and harmonic content from the collected data, calculate the comprehensive characteristics of electrical equipment status data, and achieve the discrimination of electrical equipment fault status. Based on this, SVM algorithm is introduced, kernel function is set, and the type of electrical equipment circuit fault is diagnosed. The experimental results indicate that the designed diagnostic method has an AUC value of 0.97 and a misdiagnosis rate of 1.59% in practical applications, demonstrating high diagnostic accuracy.
