核电厂主泵振动监测与诊断系统研发

Development of Vibration Monitoring and Diagnosis System for Reactor Coolant Pump in Nuclear Power Plant

  • 摘要: 以某电厂反应堆主冷却剂泵(型号RCP440-TB50)为试点对象,基于专家知识和深度学习方法,设计一套适用于M310机组主泵状态监测与诊断的系统。该系统兼容了试点对象出厂原装的测量系统,增设了一套数据管理与诊断模块,综合了测点优化技术、专家知识、深度学习的特点,建立了一套不依赖大量故障数据且可不断学习迭代的高精度诊断模型,实现了对试点泵组常见故障、缺陷的识别和诊断。

     

    Abstract: Based on the advantages of both the expert knowledge and deep learning methods, the reactor coolant pumps are taken as the pilot object to research and design the a state monitoring and diagnosis system for reactor coolant pump in M310 Unit. The data management and diagnosis modules was designed additionally in the system as well as retaining the original measurement system. In the system, a high-precision diagnostic model that does not rely on a large amount of fault data and can continuously learn and iterate was established by integrating the advantages of measurement point optimization technology, expert knowledge, and deep learning. Finally the identification and diagnosis of common fault defects in pilot pumps were achieved successfully
