供需灵活需求响应与阶梯式碳交易协同的综合能源系统低碳经济调度

Low-carbon Economic Dispatch of Integrated Energy Systems with Flexible Demand Response and Stepped Carbon Trading Coordination*

  • 摘要: 综合能源系统(Integrated Energy System,IES)是实现"双碳"目标的有效途径之一。为进一步减小IES碳排放和总运行成本,提出一种供需灵活需求响应(Demand Respond,DR)与阶梯式碳交易机制协同的IES优化调度模型。首先,引入阶梯式碳交易机制,从而有效减少IES碳排放。其次,建立供需灵活DR模型,在需求侧通过DR激励用户转变用能方式,促进可再生能源消纳。最后,通过算例分析验证所提优化调度模型的有效性。实验结果表明,所提优化调度模型能在有效提高IES用能灵活性的同时促进IES低碳经济运行。

     

    Abstract: Integrated energy system (IES) is one of the effective ways to achieve the goal of "double carbon". To further reduce IES carbon emissions and total operating costs, an IES optimal scheduling model that combines supply and demand flexible demand response (DR) with a stepped carbon trading mechanism is proposed in this paper . Firstly, a stepped carbon trading mechanism is introduced to effectively reduce IES carbon emissions. Secondly, a flexible DR model of supply and demand is established, which encourages users to change their energy consumption mode through DR on the demand side and promotes the consumption of renewable energy. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed optimal scheduling model is verified by an example analysis. The experimental results show that the proposed optimal scheduling model can effectively improve the flexibility of IES energy consumption and promote the low-carbon economic operation of IES.
