矿用变频电缆谐波抑制的改进型有源滤波控制技术研究

摘要: 为有效抑制谐波电流,提出矿用变频电缆谐波抑制的改进型有源滤波控制技术。通过对矿用变频电缆谐波电流进行检测,利用改进的控制算法将检测到的谐波电流信号生成补偿电流指令信号,并将补偿电流指令信号转换为驱动主电路开关器件的脉冲信号,根据脉冲信号产生与谐波电流大小相等、相位相反的补偿电流,注入滞环电流控制结构,实现滤波控制。实验结果表明,矿用变频电缆谐波抑制的改进型有源滤波控制技术在谐波电流抑制等方面均表现出色,能够有效解决矿用变频电缆产生的谐波问题。Abstract: In order to effectively suppress harmonic currents, an improved active filter control technology for harmonic suppression of mining frequency conversion cables is proposed. By detecting harmonic currents in mining frequency conversion cables, an improved control algorithm is used to generate compensation current command signals from the detected harmonic current signals. The compensation current command signals are then converted into pulse signals that drive the main circuit switching devices. Based on the pulse signals, compensation currents equal in magnitude and opposite in phase to the harmonic currents are generated and injected into a hysteresis current control structure to achieve filtering control. The experimental results show that the improved active filter control technology for harmonic suppression of mining frequency conversion cables performs well in harmonic current suppression and can effectively solve the harmonic problems generated by mining frequency conversion cables.
