Abstract: During the production process, products often need to undergo various inspections such as metal detection, weighing, and consecutive number verification to ensure their quality meets production standards, with consecutive number verification being one of the routine requirements for enterprises. To assess the continuity of product production serial numbers and ensure the completeness of product batch quantities, a PLC-based consecutive number verification program for products is designed. The application results demonstrate that this verification program can accurately detect the production serial numbers of products and promptly identify any interruptions in consecutive numbering.
