门式起重机起升电机电流与实际效率的数值拟合研究

Numerical Fitting Study on the Current and Actual Efficiency of the Lifting Motor of Gantry Crane

  • 摘要: 针对现有方法在动态工况下测量电机效率精度不足、实时性差的问题,提出一种基于运行电流的起重机起升电机实际效率动态拟合方法。该方构建"动态效率参考模型+电流驱动拟合模型"的双层架构,采用小波包多尺度分析提取电流动态特征,结合综合损耗实时补偿机制,建立带动态修正的非线性有理函数拟合模型。实验结果表明,应用该方法后效率拟合优度决定系数R2达0.974,额定负载区效率估计误差较小。

     

    Abstract: A dynamic fitting method for the actual efficiency of crane lifting motors based on operating current is proposed to address the problems of insufficient accuracy and poor real-time performance of existing methods in measuring motor efficiency under dynamic working conditions. The party constructed a dual layer architecture of "dynamic efficiency reference model+current driven fitting model", using wavelet packet multi-scale analysis to extract current dynamic features, combined with a comprehensive loss real-time compensation mechanism, to establish a nonlinear rational function fitting model with dynamic correction. The experimental results show that the efficiency fitting goodness determination coefficient R2 of the method proposed in this paper reaches 0.974, and the efficiency estimation error in the rated load area is small.
