摘要: 通过插值法与时温叠加原理,利用高温加速老化数据及耐矿物油、耐臭氧的机械性能,确定各加速温度的平移因子,快速预测电缆工作温度下的老化性能并评估。基于阿累尼乌斯模型,将参考温度数据转换为高温数据,建立老化性能衰退预测方程。经验证,预测结果可靠,满足工程要求。此方法可为相关材料的加速老化数据处理提供参考。Abstract: By using the interpolation method and the principle of time-temperature superposition, and taking advantage of the data of high-temperature accelerated aging and the mechanical properties of resistance to mineral oil and ozone, the translation factors of each accelerated temperature are determined to quickly predict and evaluate the aging performance of the cable at the working temperature. Based on the Arrhenius model, the reference temperature data is converted into high-temperature data to establish the prediction equation for the decline of aging performance. It has been verified that the prediction results are reliable and meet the engineering requirements. This method can provide a reference for the data processing of accelerated aging of related materials.
