高压断路器大功率操动机构主传动单元研究

Research on the Main Drive Unit of High Power Operating Mechanism of High Voltage Circuit Breaker

  • 摘要: 为了解决目前高压断路器弹簧操动机构结构复杂、成本较高、维护量大等问题,设计一种大输出操作功、高稳定性的弹簧操动机构。通过优化设计凸轮、输出轴等主传动单元零部件来提高主传动单元的结构强度,保证高压断路器长期运行的稳定性和可靠性。采用ADAMS软件对高压断路器大功率操动机构主传动单元运动特性进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明对高压断路器大功率操动机构主传动单元进行优化设计能有效提高高压断路器大功率操动机构的性能。利用武汉大洋断路器动态特性分析仪测试断路器样机分合闸速度、行程等特性,生成合闸、分闸特性曲线图,测试结果表明经优化设计的高压断路器,其分合闸速度和时间均满足断路器操动机构设计要求,能够保证断路器正常使用。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of complex structure, high cost and large maintenance of spring operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker, a spring operating mechanism with large output operating power and high stability is studied and designed. The structural strength of the main transmission unit is improved by optimizing the design of the main transmission unit components including cams and output shafts to ensure the stability and reliability of the long-term operation of the high-voltage circuit breaker. The ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the motion characteristics of the main transmission unit of the high-power operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker. The simulation results show that the optimization design of the main transmission unit of the high-power operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker effectively improves the performance of the high-power operating mechanism of the high-voltage circuit breaker. According to the dynamic characteristic instrument of Wuhan Ocean Circuit Breaker, the opening and closing speed, stroke and other characteristics of the circuit breaker prototype are tested, and the closing and opening characteristic curves are generated. It can be concluded that the opening and closing speed and time of the optimized high-voltage circuit breaker meet the design requirements of the circuit breaker operating mechanism, which can ensure the normal use of the circuit breaker.
