便携式引线固定装置的带电作业应用

An Application of a Portable Lead Wire Fixing Device in Live Working

  • 摘要: 传统带电作业引线更换过程中存在引线摆动控制困难、安全距离难以保障等问题。为此,基于便携式引线固定装置技术,通过双点夹持机制和模块化设计,实现引线空间位置的精确控制。装置由绝缘支杆、支撑组件和引线固定部构成,采用快速卡接机制与横担连接,引线夹可根据引线长度进行位置调节。应用效果评估显示,该装置将引线摆动范围控制在±5°以内,空间控制精度提升67%,作业总时间从85 min缩减至35 min,整体效率提升59%。装置的绝缘强度达到35 kV/mm,安全风险等级从III级降低至I级,为电力系统带电作业提供了安全可靠的技术解决方案。

     

    Abstract: In the traditional live-line operation lead replacement process, there are problems such as difficult control of lead swing and hard guarantee of safety distance. This research is based on portable lead fixing device technology. Through a dual-point clamping mechanism and modular design, it has achieved precise control of the spatial position of the leads. The device is composed of an insulating support rod, a support assembly and a lead wire fixing part. It is connected to the crossarm by a quick clamping mechanism. The lead wire clamp can be adjusted in position according to the length of the lead wire. The application effect evaluation shows that the device has controlled the lead swing range within ±5°, improved the spatial control accuracy by 67%, reduced the total operation time from 85 min to 35 min, and increased the overall efficiency by 59%. The insulation strength of the device has reached 35 kV/mm, and the safety risk level has been reduced from Grade III to Grade I, providing a safe and reliable technical solution for live-line operations in the power system.
