基于自适应负荷分级的石油工业节能技术研究

Research on Energy-saving Technology Based on Adaptive Load Classification in Oil Industry

  • 摘要: 针对石油行业能源消耗大、运行效率低的问题,提出了一种基于自适应负荷分级的节能控制技术。首先,分析了石油行业电力负荷特性,建立符合行业特点的负荷分级体系;其次,构建温度-负荷耦合状态预测模型,实现对石油生产设备负荷变化的精确预测;最后,开发基于工况的自适应负荷调控策略,实现负荷的动态分级与精准控制。还搭建了一套面向石油工业节能控制的仿真验证平台,全面评估自适应负荷分级控制技术的性能和节能效果。实验结果表明,该技术可实现12.7%的电力节约率和17.5%的峰值负荷削减率,在保证生产过程安全稳定运行的同时减少了能源消耗。

     

    Abstract: To address the issues of high energy consumption and low operational efficiency in the petroleum industry, an energy-saving control technology based on adaptive load grading was proposed. First, the power load characteristics of the petroleum industry were analyzed, and a load grading system tailored to the industry's features was established. Second, a temperature-load coupled state prediction model was developed to achieve precise forecasting of load variations in petroleum production equipment. Finally, an adaptive load regulation strategy based on operating conditions was implemented to enable dynamic load grading and precise control. Additionally, a simulation verification platform for energy-saving control in the petroleum industry was constructed to comprehensively evaluate the performance and energy-saving effects of the adaptive load grading control technology. Experimental results demonstrated that this technology achieved a 12.7% electricity savings rate and a 17.5% peak load reduction rate, reducing energy consumption while ensuring safe and stable production processes.
