基于极点配置参数优化的长距离城市管网调度方法研究

摘要: 为了提高长距离城市管网调度管理能力和安全性能,提出基于极点配置参数优化的长距离城市管网调度方法研究。首先,设计极点配置参数下长距离城市管网调度加密总体构架,分析信息处理流程,优化参数配置;然后,以管网智能调度过程中的次日计划、历史小时输气数据、用户类型等参数为自变量,分析长距离城市管网调度管理的控制目标函数,构建长距离城市管网调度过程中的权重分配;最后,对长距离城市管网智能调度信息融合,检测统计量,实现长距离城市管网调度。仿真测试结果表明,采用该方法进行长距离城市管网调度的可靠性较好,智能调度决策能力较强,且精度较高,对多组用户的调度时间相对较短。Abstract: In order to improve the dispatching management ability and safety performance of long-distance urban pipe network, a long-distance urban pipe network dispatching method based on pole configuration parameter optimization is proposed. Firstly, the overall framework of long-distance urban pipe network dispatching encryption under pole configuration parameters is designed, the information processing flow is analyzed and the parameter configuration is optimized; then, taking the next day plan, historical hourly gas transmission data, user type and other parameters in the intelligent dispatching process of pipe network as independent variables, the control objective function of long-distance urban pipe network dispatching management is analyzed, and the weight distribution in the dispatching process of long-distance urban pipe network is constructed; finally, the intelligent dispatching information of long-distance urban pipe network is fused, and statistics are detected to realize long-distance urban pipe network dispatching. The simulation test results show that this method has good reliability, strong intelligent scheduling decision-making ability, high accuracy and relatively short scheduling time for multiple groups of users.
