配电网三相不平衡下的STATCOM模糊控制
STATCOM Fuzzy Control Under Three-phase Unbalance in Distribution Network

摘要: 通过对配电网发生三相不平衡工况时系统功率分配不均造成无功功率损耗问题进行研究,使用静止补偿器(Static synchronous Compensator,STATCOM)补偿电网无功功率,调控电压恢复稳定。在MATLAB/Simulink中搭建仿真模型,观察STATCOM补偿系统无功功率变化,分析三相不平衡运行情况下正负零序电压电流变化,结合无功控制原理,针对传统PI控制参数整定困难,在保留双闭环控制结构下加入模糊控制模块,实现PI参数自整定,降低STATCOM侧电压波形超调量,使系统总无功功率保持低值。结果表明,改进的模糊PI控制模型能迅速响应系统无功功率变化,对系统无功进行补偿。Abstract: In this paper, the problem of reactive power loss caused by uneven power distribution of the system caused by the uneven power distribution of the three-phase unbalanced condition in the distribution network is studied, and the static synchronous compensator (STATCOM) is used to compensate the reactive power of the power grid, and the regulated voltage is restored to stability. In this paper, a simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink to observe the reactive power change of the STATCOM compensation system, and the change of positive and negative zero sequence voltage and current under the condition of three-phase unbalanced operation is analyzed. The results show that the improved fuzzy PI control model can quickly respond to the change of system reactive power and compensate for the system reactive power.
