基于宽频测量的高速采样关键技术研究

Research on the Key Technology of High-speed Sampling Broadband Measurement

  • 摘要: 随着高比例可再生能源和高比例电力电子设备的新型电力系统快速发展,宽频振荡、次/超同步振荡、谐波/间谐波振荡等各类振荡问题日益突出。针对现有宽频测量受限于自身软硬件平台、采样速率、通信协议等而无法快速响应功率振荡问题,提出一种高速同步采样方法和一种时分复用通道的可扩展的数据传输协议,保障了高速数据的同步采集和实时上送。通过对该宽频相量测量装置的主要功能、性能进行测试验证并将其应用于变电站,结果表明该技术创新可保障宽频相量测量装置快速、准确地监测电力系统宽频振荡。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of new power systems with high proportion of renewable energy and high proportion of power electronic equipment, wide frequency oscillation, sub-synchronous oscillation, harmonic/inter-harmonic oscillation and other oscillation problems have become increasingly prominent. Aiming at the problem that the existing broadband measurement cannot respond to power oscillations quickly due to the limitations of its own hardware and software platforms, sampling rate and communication protocol, a high-speed synchronous sampling method and a scalable data transmission protocol with time-division multiplexing channels are proposed to ensure the synchronous acquisition and real-time transmission of high-speed data. The main function performance of the wideband phasor measuring device is tested and verified and applied in substation. The results show that the technological innovation can ensure the wideband oscillation monitoring of power system quickly and accurately.
