基于集成学习模型的输变电工程造价预测方法

A Power Transmission and Substation Construction Project Cost Estimation Method Based on Ensemble Learning Model

  • 摘要: 随着输变电工程造价管理的信息化水平不断提升,与工程造价有关的数据也越来越多。为了给设计优化、造价的全寿命周期管理提供定量化的分析决策工具,分析同等条件下的历史工程数据,建立有效的预测模型可以为造价的合理控制及有效管理带来定量的支撑。提出了一种基于集成学习模型的PLS-ANN预测模型的构建框架及算法,结合实际历史工程数据进行了算例分析及模型训练,并用一组测试数据证明了预测方法的准确、有效。

     

    Abstract: As the information level of power transmission and transformation project cost management improves, the amount of data related to the project cost continues to increase. For design optimization, the cost of the whole life cycle management to provide quantitative analysis of the decision-making tools, analysis the same condition of historical project data, to establish effective prediction model can provide the reasonable cost control and effective management of quantitative support is of great significance. Paper puts forward a model based on integrated study of PLS-ANN forecasting model of building a framework and algorithm, combined with the actual engineering data analysis of the history and model training, and a set of test data proved that the prediction method of accurate and effective.
