基于GO法和贝叶斯网络的智能电表全生命周期成本研究

Research on the Life Cycle Cost of Smart Meters Based on GO Method and Bayesian Network

  • 摘要: 为实现电力企业提质增效,对智能电表全生命周期成本进行研究具有重要意义。将智能电表从投入到报废全生命周期成本进行分解。针对运行周期中的检修成本计算,以日常运行中智能电表各元器件故障率为依据,在智能电表结构研究的基础上,采用GO法和贝叶斯网络理论对智能电表故障率进行预测。通过成本归集计算智能电表全生命周期成本,并结合算理进行验证,为电力企业在智能电表招标采购和供应商评价方面提供依据。

     

    Abstract: The study of the life cycle cost of smart meters is of great significance for achieving the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of power enterprises. Decompose the life cycle cost of smart meters from input to disposal, calculate the maintenance cost based on the operation cycle, and use the failure rate of various components of smart meters in daily operation as the basis. Based on the research on the structure of smart meters, use GO method and Bayesian network theory to predict the failure rate of smart meters. Calculate the full life cycle cost of smart meters through cost aggregation. And combined with calculation theory for verification, providing a basis for power enterprises in the bidding and procurement of smart meters and supplier evaluation.
