考虑储能系统参与二次调频的控制策略研究

摘要: 针对储能辅助火电机组参与二次调频,充分结合区域控制偏差和区域控制需求两种控制模式的优点,提出了一种储能系统辅助机组二次调频的协调控制策略。该控制策略由ACE和ARR信号的时域响应曲线交点来确定两种模式的切换时机,然后根据调频信号分区和储能荷电状态来确定不同调频区域的储能出力策略,使储能在调频过程中实现协调优化运行。仿真结果表明,提出的控制策略能在提高调频能力的同时具有良好的储能荷电状态保持效果。Abstract: For the participation of thermal power units in secondary FM with the assistance of energy storage system, a coordinated control strategy for the participation of energy storage system in secondary FM is proposed by fully combining the advantages of the two control modes of regional control deviation and regional control demand. The control strategy is based on the intersection of the time-domain response curves of the ACE and ARR signals to determine the switching timing of the two control modes, and then determines the energy storage output strategy for different FM regions according to the FM signal partition and the energy storage charge state, so as to enable the energy storage to achieve coordinated and optimized operation in the FM process. Simulation results show that the control strategy proposed in this paper can improve the FM capability while having a good effect of maintaining the energy storage charge state.
