离心风机台架选型错误导致振动高问题分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of High Vibration Caused by Wrong Selection of Centrifugal Fan Bench

  • 摘要: 离心风机由于具有风压大、工作效率高等特性,被广泛应用于核电厂的通风系统。由于离心风机在运行过程中会持续产生振动,因此需将风机放置在台架上通过减振器进行减振。但运行一段时间后,风机的橡胶减振器会出现裂纹与变形,使其减振效率大幅降低,最终导致风机振动过高,零件损坏。某电厂风机在一次因振动导致的故障后对其进行了测振及振动分析,最终将故障原因确定为台架底座刚度不足及减振器选型错误。通过对风机重心、固有频率进行计算,重新制造了符合设计要求的台架。

     

    Abstract: Centrifugal fans are widely used in the ventilation systems of nuclear power plants because of their high wind pressure and high working efficiency. Following a vibration-induced failure, vibration measurement and analysis were performed on the fan at the power plant, and finally located the failure cause on the insufficient base stiffness of the bench and the selection of shock absorber. By calculating the center of gravity and natural frequency of the fan, the bench was re-manufactured to meet the design requirements.
