核电站开关站远动系统不整体停电改造方案

Scheme of Non-Overall Power Outage Transformation for the Telecontrol System of Nuclear Power Station Switching Station

  • 摘要: 我国首批商用核电站开关站采用模拟控制技术,现面临设备老化、备件停产等问题。为解决该问题,某核电站开展开关站数字化改造,将原模拟控制系统升级为网络计算机监控系统,并同步对远动系统进行改造。针对该项目开关站控制系统改造为不整体停电、穿插多轮次大修、新旧控制系统长期并存运行的情况,并针对不同的调度端接入要求,提出不整体停电的远动系统改造方案、方案的实施步骤、风险控制措施并加以实践。

     

    Abstract: The switch stations of the first batch of commercial nuclear power plants in China adopted analog control technology and are now facing problems such as equipment aging and discontinued spare parts. To solve this problem, a digital transformation project of the switch station has been carried out in a nuclear power plant, upgrading the analog control system to network computer monitoring system and simultaneously transforming the telecontrol system. In view of the situation that the control system of the switch station of this project is transformed without overall power outage, transformation is performed through multiple rounds of scheduled maintenancev, the coexistence and operation of the old and new control systems for a long time, and in response to the different access requirements of the dispatching end, a remote control system transformation scheme without overall power outage is proposed. The implementation steps and risk control measures of the scheme are introduced.
