摘要: 针对铁路信号电源室中的不间断(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)电源内部铅酸蓄电池需要实时对其工作状态进行监测的问题,设计了一款以STM32F407VET6单片机作为控制核心,结合各测量模块,可实现对电池的电压、电流、温度等参数的实时采集,并通过无线通信模块与LabVIEW上位机进行数据交互的电池无线监测系统,若电池工作中出现故障,则可以及时发出警报,确保铁路通信系统的连续性和安全性。Abstract: To address the need for real-time monitoring of the operating status of lead-acid batteries inside UPS power supplies in railway signal power rooms, a wireless battery monitoring system has been designed. This system uses the STM32F407VET6 microcontroller as its control core and integrates various measurement modules to enable real-time collection of battery parameters such as voltage, current, and temperature. It conducts data interaction with the LabVIEW upper computer via a wireless communication module, and can issue timely alarms if faults occur during battery operation, thus ensuring the continuity and safety of the railway communication system.
