DCS成套装备智能制造系统架构设计及实现

Architecture Design and Implementation of DCS Complete Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing System

  • 摘要: 针对DCS成套装备离散式生产中存在多工序复杂性、生产效率低、高度依赖人工操作、设备协同性不足等问题,提出一种智能制造系统架构设计方法。通过重构表面贴装、通孔插装、智能测试、三防喷涂及自动化装配五大核心系统单元布局,结合5G+工业物联的单元融合技术,实现了多元数据感知与实时交互,并基于边缘计算的设备互联,将分散控制系统成套装备集成化,同时研究智能交互式组装技术,依托全自动在线视觉测试技术和双轨异步式涂覆等技术,构建了一种高效、高质量、智能化的生产模式。该模式实现了成套装备的批量流水作业,推动生产过程向少人化、无人化方向转变,提高了分散控制系统成套装备的智能制造水平。

     

    Abstract: In response to the problems of multi process complexity, low production efficiency, high dependence on manual operation, and insufficient equipment collaboration in the discrete production of DCS complete equipment, this study proposes an intelligent manufacturing system architecture design method. By reconstructing the layout of five core system units, including surface mount, through-hole insertion, intelligent testing, three proof spraying, and automated assembly, combined with 5G+industrial IoT unit fusion technology, multiple data perception and real-time interaction are achieved. And the equipment interconnection based on edge computing will integrate the complete set of distributed control system equipment. Simultaneously researching intelligent interactive assembly technology, relying on fully automated online visual testing technology and dual track asynchronous coating technology, an efficient, high-quality, and intelligent production mode has been constructed. This mode realizes the batch flow operation of complete sets of equipment, promotes the transformation of the production process towards less manpower and unmanned direction, and improves the intelligent manufacturing level of distributed control system complete sets of equipment.
