Abstract:
In response to the problems of multi process complexity, low production efficiency, high dependence on manual operation, and insufficient equipment collaboration in the discrete production of DCS complete equipment, this study proposes an intelligent manufacturing system architecture design method. By reconstructing the layout of five core system units, including surface mount, through-hole insertion, intelligent testing, three proof spraying, and automated assembly, combined with 5G+industrial IoT unit fusion technology, multiple data perception and real-time interaction are achieved. And the equipment interconnection based on edge computing will integrate the complete set of distributed control system equipment. Simultaneously researching intelligent interactive assembly technology, relying on fully automated online visual testing technology and dual track asynchronous coating technology, an efficient, high-quality, and intelligent production mode has been constructed. This mode realizes the batch flow operation of complete sets of equipment, promotes the transformation of the production process towards less manpower and unmanned direction, and improves the intelligent manufacturing level of distributed control system complete sets of equipment.
